Cary Palmer is the Beverage Director for the Link Restaurant Group. A consummate restaurant and wine professional, he has worked in New Orleans for the past 16 years in various positions. Most recently, Cary was a sales representative for Lirette Selections, where he worked closely connecting restaurants with wineries and distilleries. Prior to that, he worked for 10 years at Lilette and Bouligny Tavern, starting as a bartender and working his way up to general manager. Cary holds an advanced certificate from the Wine and Spirits Educational Trust and is a French Wine Scholar in the Wine Scholar Guild.
